Anis Majida is a committee member at RIMAU. She first joined the tiger conservation NGO in 2018 as a volunteer after learning about the plight of this iconic animal.
One of the projects Anis is most proud of is the Menraq Patrol Unit- a community-based patrolling team in Royal Belum established through a joint effort between RIMAU and Perak State Parks Corporation (PSPC)
Anis believes something can still be done to save the Malayan tiger and its habitat. She is also a firm believer that the youth has a critical role to play in this fight to bring back the tiger from the brink of extinction.
